The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is a total dream! From the beautiful golf course to the pristine beaches, everything was perfect. We visited during sea turtle season, and it was so special to see the nests being protected on the sand—a must-see for nature lovers! The pool area has a great vibe, and we really enjoyed the Mexican-inspired menu while lounging in the sun. For a fancy night out, the 5-star dining was absolutely incredible! My favorite part: Renting a bicycle and riding across the bridge to explore the history of the area. It was so peaceful to ride through the trails where the Timucuan people once lived. It’s a perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and history.

This is the best Ritz in the brand! We always have such a nice time here. The staff go out of their way to make me feel at home! Antonio at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I left a bag in the lobby and he made sure it was sent out to me. Tony in Coast provided such amazing service. We chatted and really enjoyed his expertise on the Ritz brand. Charles gave us a ride to the local airport and was such a pleasure to chat with. The room was great, the view amazing and the bedding unmatched! We will always return to the Ritz on Amelia Island! We just love it there!

I just had another absolutely marvelous experience at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island Spa. I went to celebrate my birthday and if I could give six stars out of five, I would. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, and they sure succeeded. I splurged to get a massage with Amber, and her skills and focus left me craving more. She elevated the experience with a special CBD oil upgrade and 10/10 would recommend. She was in tune with my breathing and was able to work my muscles so deeply by working with my breath. I walked out feeling lighter than a cloud and wishing for another 50 minutes. I spent the day reading by the pool, taking beach walks, and relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. Lady Valet Heather was so helpful and kind when someone took my spa robe - with my phone, watch, and kindle in the pockets - by accident; she searched pockets of discarded robes until the person who mistakenly took mine returned it. All the ladies are marvelous and thoughtful, and I cannot say enough positive things about Maya. She treated me to an oat milk latte (the coffee from First Drop is *stellar*) and she even got me a birthday gift! I have been to the spa 7 or 8 times in the past year and Maya has made each visit feel special, from my very first time when she helped me book an appointment and gave me a tour. She remembers me every time and it makes my heart smile. To be clear- I am not wealthy, I work in animal care and do not make a lot of money. Going to the spa this frequently is financially irresponsible, but it’s so worth it. The service I receive is what keeps me coming back time after time, and it has led me to bring several people to the Spa with me. Keep it up ladies, I feel like a queen! I stopped at the Lobby Bar for a marvelous sushi dinner, and Cody, Julie, and Jill were wonderful and attentive. They treated me to a piece of the most decadent and delicious chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted. My birthday visit to the Spa was absolutely incredible and I cannot wait to return!

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island, and it was a very relaxing experience. The property is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a calm, beachside atmosphere. Walking along the shoreline in the morning was one of my favorite parts of the trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in. I liked that it had a balcony where I could enjoy the view of the ocean and the surrounding greenery. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made check-in and other small requests effortless. Dining options were convenient, with a good selection of meals and snacks. I appreciated being able to grab something quick or sit down for a nicer meal without leaving the resort. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is a peaceful, well-kept place to unwind. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with easy beach access and comfortable accommodations.

Went there for a conference. Such a nice hotel. The rooms were nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the coast line. The amenities were awesome. I primarily used the gym, which was top notch. But would've loved to take advantage of the pool, which had line for laps and was warmed. There is easy access to the beach as well. Folks used the spa and really enjoyed it. The service was high quality. We got a dessert and drink at the bar our last night and the waitress was very kind. I would consider coming to stay there in the future, if I made another visit to Amelia Island.

We stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island once every year while attending a medical conference in December, and each visit confirms why this property remains one of our favorites. The resort is exceptionally well thought out and beautifully designed, offering a strong balance of luxury, comfort, and functionality. There is an impressive range of amenities that truly make it worthwhile to stay on the property rather than leave. The on-site restaurants are consistently excellent and very convenient after long conference days. The pool and gym facilities are standout features and are clean, spacious, and well equipped. We especially enjoy the bike rentals and the wide variety of fitness classes, which make it easy to stay active while traveling. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with toiletries generously replenished throughout the stay. The complimentary water bottles are a thoughtful touch and come in very handy. I highly recommend booking a waterfront room, as the ocean views are absolutely stunning and elevate the entire experience. Visiting in December is particularly special due to the beautiful Christmas décor and multiple trees throughout the property, which create a festive and welcoming atmosphere without feeling overdone. The location is also excellent, with easy biking access to local coffee shops and nearby spots. The only downside during our stay was room service. After a very long wait, we received the wrong salad. We called to have the salad replaced and requested additional dressing, but the extra dressing was not delivered. To their credit, the team did make it right by offering us a complimentary dessert. Aside from this issue, the property continues to be a consistently high quality resort that we genuinely look forward to returning to every year and highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

I can not say enough good things about this place. We stayed for a business trip and was amazing from start to finish. The staff were friendly and accommodating with any concern or question we might have had. The location was beautiful especially driving through the town. My husband golfed and said the course was fairly nice and enjoyed playing…lost a ball but aside from that he enjoyed it. Room was nice, had a beach view and did not disappoint. Can’t beat that view when working. Room was always clean when we returned, just an overall great stay. Was our first time staying at any Ritz location and will say with certainty it will not be our last. Thank you for an exceptional stay

I just spent the most marvelous, relaxing, and rejuvenating day at the spa, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I live in Jacksonville and have tried to visit the spa for a day every few months. Every time I visit, I am treated like royalty - the women that work there are so incredible, attentive to detail, and dedicated to making you happy. Without fail, Maya has made my visits better. From her welcoming smile and genuine interest in my life, to going out of her way to do something special for me and my girlfriends, she shines! I’ve gotten a pedicure with Caitlin several times, 5 stars! Caitlin is so easy to talk to, her calf massage doesn’t disappoint, and she helped my friend and I celebrate promotions with some lovely champagne. Now I request her every time I get a pedicure! I had my first Ritz Carlton massage today, a Custom Hot Stone with Amber, and it was hands-down the best massage and massage experience *ever*. The heated massage bed was perfect, and Amber is so talented- I felt like a noodle after and wished for infinite more massage time. I’ll definitely be getting another massage here soon! Lunch at the Lobby Bar brought the day to a new level of delight - delicious sushi, gorgeous craft cocktails, and A++++ service from award winning bartender Toni (whose espresso martinis could be a magazine cover!)! She made us feel like VIPs and elevated our whole afternoon, she’s a gem! The amazing people at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island Hotel and Spa make we want to visit once a month (or every day in a perfect world), and I’ve brought several friends and family members to share the spa joy. This place is paradise, every day at the spa is beautiful. Thank you for this slice of luxury!
